Our Firm was established in 1980 by Demetris J. Eliades and was later incorporated as a Lawyers’ Limited Liability Company (LLC) in 2008 as Demetris J. Eliades & Co LLC. As of January 2023 the firm has changed its name to Eliades & Kyriacou LLC after the appointment of its current Managing Partner, Mr George Kyriacou, to the company's board of directors.
Eliades & Kyriacou LLC is regulated by the Cyprus Law Council and the Cyprus Bar Association. The Firm has continued since its incorporation to offer quality legal services in respect to matters arising within the jurisdiction of Cyprus and abroad.

The Firm operates on a departmental basis, covering several aspects of the law.
Our offices are located in the centre of Nicosia, conveniently situated near the Nicosia Law Courts and in close proximity to most of the Administration buildings.
Mr Eliades founded the Firm in 1980. His areas of practice are corporate law, contract law, banking law, accidents and personal injuries. He studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus from 1985 to 2001. During his office he chaired the Parliamentary Committee on Environment and served on a number of other Committees, including the Law Committee. He was also member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association from 1986 to 2001 and served as a member of its Executive Committee. He is a member of the European Association of Legislation since 1990. Having served on the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Bank from 2005 he was appointed to the Ministerial Post in March 2010, where he served as Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment and then until March 2013 he served as Minister of Defense. From March 2013 onwards Demetris Eliades resumed his duties as head of the Law Firm until December 2022. Since January 2023 Demetris Eliades provides his services to the firm as a legal consultant.
